Terrible. I purchased a property, the tax office entered my mailing address in the system incorrectly, which resulted is me not receiving my tax bill in the mail. The City of Bridgeport after the bill was 1.5 weeks old, sold the debt to a collector, and they up charged the bill by $550. Awful.
I called to the front desk regarding my taxes and I need him to transfer me to the taxes collector office. He was rude and told me he cannot and that I need to go in person.
You really need to hire better people and not just anyone who doesn't know what he lives for.

This Was Thee Worst Experience I Have Ever Encountered. Cathy was my contact. She was rude and sarcastic and I never got the information I needed. Then after I called hoping to get a different person and it went to an answering machine. What is this world coming to? So disgusted!!!!
I'm very thankful because I do get my bills on time to the right address. As for that previous comment word to the wise. Being a homeowner is like being a parent you can't turn your back so if you don't get your taxes one month prior to the due date you should find out why not wait for them to correct the problem.
