My boys love to come on this place. It build their confidence and made them active too. Very safe and properly staff by professional crews. Highly recommended to my friends, tourist and those who want to have an outdoor adventure.

Overall the customer service was horrible. I wouldn't come to this location after this experience. Mind you I was traveling from another state to be there.

Tons of fun!

After that we went to get our harness on. No one helped us or greeted us right away. We got looks from the staff like, "Why are they here?" We were helped after a few minutes but they still didn't greet us. Then the briefing. The girl with the long dark hair wearing a baseball hat was not enthusiastic or friendly. She spoke to us in an angry tone of voice. You can tell she didn't want to be there or like her job at all.

I've been to Adventure Park before. Once in Virginia, excellent service by the way, and this exact location months ago. My recent visit was April 28, 2017 and I love the park but the staffing this time around is horrible! I brought my family there and the girl helping me reserve the tickets/slots rolled her eyes when she got my email wrong. It didn't end there.

Later on when my brother got hurt from jumping at the end of the blue course we went to the cabin where the harnesses were. One employee I've seen from my previous visit told us we would be helped right away. No one helped us. The other employees were eating their lunch/snacks until I told my brother, "I thought they were going to help us." Someone heard me say that and starting to help.

This place is decent for what it is except that it's too pricey. They should consider family pricing and/or do more promotions to give people a chance for discounts. Better yet they could charge per hour like bowling ($10/hr would be reasonable). Some zip line only courses would also make it more fun. I paid $103 w tax for myself and my 7 yo; my wife watched otherwise it would have been $160. My daughter did 4 courses in 2hrs, I did 6 in 3hrs, the last two on courses my daughter wouldn't have been allowed on (blue & black). For an adult in decent shape and not afraid of heights, only the black courses will be interesting. I think hiking, biking or swimming has more fun factor for kids but if you get tired of those and your kid enjoys rope courses, this is an OK 4th option (if you're not sure whether your kid will like it I don't recommend you start here, price is too high, try Palisades Mall or some smaller indoor courses first). It's not someplace I would pick for myself or for adults by themselves. And if you want to come here to get over your fear of heights you'll just be holding up the people behind you causing irritation all around. Go hike a hill instead.

Went with whole family (kids 13, 7 & 5). Good organization and security measure allow even for the small ones to have fun.Offer lots of challenges even for the older ones. Wish there were more courses for the 5-6 ones. Restriction here is mostly due to holding lines being too high to reach, not because it is too difficult. Not too busy, but not recommended at peak times. You would spend most of your time waiting behind someone. On the whole fun time and good for building confidence

Our guide, Nelly did a great job describe how to stay safe while having the most fun! We went as a family, but my wife and I have done this as a date night and had a wonderful time.
