Very nice guys. However waiting to drop a car off outside of the lunch hour is very frustrating. There isn't a drop off box and when you call they say a few minutes but really at least a 40 minute wait for someone to come back.

I showed up to pick up my car and the store is closed. So much for being a Hertz Gold Member. Nowhere does it say on my reservation that the store closes at 5 pm. Very disappointing. Also called customer service and they said I can pick up a car tomorrow... really? That was really helpful...
Friendly, efficient and speedy service. Easy drop off with ride home. Lyft available for pick up as well. Will definitely use their service again!
