WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. I contacted this AAMCO 1 week prior and spoke to Luis and advised him that I wanted to bring my vehicle in for repairs and was told anytime next week was fine. I contact them the next week after scheduling the tow and he informs me that we never spoke and he won't accept my vehicle until the next following week. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!
The new owner are receptive and listen to my concerns. Theyre very helpful and dedicated to the customers satisfaction! I recommend theyre services. They gained my trust by always contacting me and keeping me up to date on the status of my car.
No one could figure out what was wrong with my car, when I brought it to aamco the techs were able to diagnose and repair at a fair price and quick turn around. the new owners are helpful and accommodating I highly recommend servicing your vehicle here!
Came to Aamco to have my car looked at due to some concerns with the transmission. The mechanics were able to verify the concern along with a few other concerns I had. They listened to me and the mechanic even drove with me so I could duplicate the issue. Nivia is great. She is very polite and very efficient. She made me feel very welcome. The mechanics as well and her father are all very nice and polite. I recommend this Aamco. FYI THE PREVIOUS OWNER LUIS IS NO LONGER THERE. Nivia and her father Melvin are the current owners. I met Luis to and I felt like my concerns weren’t being heard but Nivia listened to me and we got it resolved. I wasn’t happy at first when I arrived and the previous owner greeted me as the new owners were still in transition. He was here to help and guide them. In the end I can say I LEFT HAPPY DUE TO NIVIA HER FATHER MELVIN AND THE MECHANICS. THANK YOU GUYS
CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE MY CAR CHECKED..WENT IN BEFORE THE TIME WE AGREED ON..I WAS IN AN OUT IN 20 MIN. " ANGEL" WAS AWESOME..FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE..( NEW OWNERS) WILL BE RETURNING!!!
