No help from the employees went to court and ask a officer to what court room i was supposed to go and he put me in the wrong floor mused my court day because I was in the wrong floor unbelievable
At first the clerks on the first floor did not give a great impression and did not want to answer questions.But after we met with the mediators who treated us with respect we felt at ease.The Honarable Edidie Rodriguez was helpful,kind and fair.
This place is totally deplorable and unhelpful to the landowners. The court clerks go out of their way to give special advice and favor the tenants. The court clerks are down right nasty! Landlords beware do hesitate when it comes to checking on tenants. Do not rent to tenants with any previous or current evictions, or else you will regret it immensely. Make sure you as a landlord double& triple check on the CT. JUDICIAL BRANCH WEBSITE, GO TO HOUSING CASE LOOK-UP and SCHEDULED EVENTS and run the names of all those who are looking to rent an apartment from you or you will be VERY SORRY. I speak from major experience from dealing with people down at the court house; and as for that STUPID ILL-TRAINED JUDGE eddie rodriguez who handles all housing court sessions is a real no good for nothing BASTARD!
