I’ve been a client for years and I went today to upgrade and the 3 females were just crowded over one computer talking and they wouldn’t pay attention to me and just completely ignored me. This is not the first time I’ve been mistreated at this store and I’m not the only one. Horrible service, horrible attitude. Only good one is Jonathan and one other female worker but the rest are horrible.
Do not trust the workers there. They lied to me about the Apple Watch, told me that there was only a one time fee and they ended up signing me up for a lease without my concent. They lied just so that they can make a sale. I asked the girl that worked there multiple times if I would be charged monthly and I was promised that I would not. Customer Service is outstanding, everyone seems happy and content with working at this store. I have gone to plenty of other T-Mobile and the staff seem miserable., not here, they all had smiles and are very friendly and spunky. They won a lifetime customer. Manager helped me with bill issues and got everything resolved, it took a bit of time and Store was really full , yet she took her time and I left happy. Can't ask for more.
Staff is super friendly and perky. Ported over from Verizon and the rep who helped me made the transition super easy, quick and understandable. Long lines, but understandable especially considering the customer service I received. I was referred by my girlfriends who have been going to this store since opening. I wish I remembered the reps name :( I was too excited to even notice!
I've been living in Bridgeport for years and I am ashamed to say I didn't even know this t mobile existed, I always went to the mall location. It just so happens that on my GPS while on my way to the t mobile mall location, routed me to the nearest gas station, as I was taking in the view I saw the t-mobile store ahead of me. I had a very big issue with my J7 signal, I haven't been able to communicate with my family from PR since the hurricane hit, you can only imagine how stressed and heartbroken I have been and very furious with t-mobile. I walked in and was helped very quickly. I explained my situation and it just so happens she also has her family in PR so I immediately felt at ease and at home just by knowing her family was ok. She assured me everything will be dedicated to me until she resolves everything. Poor thing she's been there since 6:30 , I could sense how tired she was but never did she state it nor did she stopped smiling and helping out others as well. Not only did she help me to a better phone , transfers all my contacts, she switched my plan and saved me a couple of bucks. While transferring my contacts she looks at me and asked "What's your family's phone number"? I, confused gave her the number, she quickly said "here, talk..someone picked up! She was able to call my family. Now I don't usually get emotional but this young lady made me the happiest woman alive at that very instant! I am grateful for her and she has not only gained a loyal customer but a friend. I hope you one day get to see your kids and one day see this. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. You are a diamond in the rough! Keep shinning with that smile of yours and the enthusiasm you serve this company with. You will go far!
