I had a great experience when I went in the store today. Friendly staff and the manager Maria wanted to be sure I left happy. We really enjoyed the arrangement.
Literally one of the worst customer experiences I have ever . Company is good but this specific franchise is terrible go to milford. They purposely shut off phone during busy/peak days so they don't have to deal with all there mess ups. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
My mom is in the hospital not feeling well and We wanted to get her something to cheer her up because we live so far and can’t get to ct to visit her. We decided to order her an edible arrangement from the Bridgeport location. The young lady that answer was very pleasant and professional . The delivery got to her surprisingly fast and not only that the delivery man went beyond my expectation by greeting my mom with not just a smile but with a song and dance to go with it. To hear the excitement she had by talking to her on the phone made me feel at ease to know she will be ok. Thank you so much!!!! I definitely recommend your location for anyone to Order from and I will be ordering from you again real soon.
