The hairstylist their are amazing. Their kind, friendly, fast, and they love the Lord. Let me not forget their work is incredible, I will recommend this hairstylist place ti anyone who's looking to look good lol
I was very early to my appointment I scheduled the day before. The lady was not their. So I wait, 1 hour ( waiting) 1- 1/2 hour ( still waiting) the lady still was not there ( 2 hours) past by.. I am fuming!!! I'm not one for confrentations but I have a newborn at home that I breastfeed.. I happily had someone to take care of him while mommy got her hair done.......Yeah, right that's 2 hours I will never- ever get back. I wouldn't give this place a star at all.
First I made an appointment for 1pm, and my hair was not really started until 3pm. I bought hair prior to the appointment and she did not accept it because it is "not the type of hair she uses" therefore making me spend $145 instead of $130 because she had to supply the hair. I asked for a particular style and it was not what I asked for. Not only that but the place was unkempt, the other hairdressers used a dirty towel to dry my hair with and to put on my shoulders. She did another woman's hair and it came out great, I don't know why mine came out terrible. So for me it was a terrible experience.

I went to this shop about a month ago.. after I took out my horrible braids from bea.. braiding bpt. ( gave a review 4 that shop) THIS REVIEWS IS ABOUT:. BERNADE HAIR . this place Is a GEM.. the ladies who work there are professional, very clean and know how to braid xxtremly well. I paid for simple box braids 22" long .. the price was reasonable. .btw its way over a month .. I have shampoo & condition my hair once a week and treated it and my hair still after a month LOOKS DIVINE.... I still gets loads of compliments.... 1. clean establishment 2. know how to braid.. , AND FINALLY 3. VERY
