My appointment was at 10am. I was here at 945. It took one hour and 20 minutes just to get into a room to wait for thirty minutes more. To go get blood work and wait even longer.I have been here almost 3 hours for a simple 'physical' and blood work. Absolutely ridiculous. I thought since my kids come here and they're usually puntcual and timely I'd come here for myself but NEVER AGAIN. I make appointments in the AM so I can fit it in before work, now I have to rush.
f ing retards they have working there. Im not talking about the doctors. Im talking these f ing retards that answers the phone just to take appointments. why the hell it takes over 10 f ing minutes to make an appointment? why does it take 50 f ing rings to answer a phone. the stupid lady answered the phone after f ing 50 rings to hang up on me. sammy is another retard too that incompetent sun of a gun thinksI'm stupid to put me hold because they wanted me to wait because i started get upset.
Been going there for years i love the pediatricians there. The only thing i have a problem with is there front desk they never pick up the phone...

They didn't do anything helpful, wont give out pain meds, doctor Patrick was a dick!!!!
