This agency has staff that is unprofessional and very rude.They will confuse your monthly payments and over charge you. The biggest regret I have was leaving geico (which I had the same amount due every month) to deal with this local agency. The staff is very unprofessional and the administration is very rude with no patience . The administration canceled my renters insurance because she did not have accurate information in her system which cause me to pay double. I had to call the corporate Allstate office just to figure out my monthly payments because this local office did not have the correct information in their system. Please Save yourself time, aggravation and a headache. This was my experience with them only being a customer for 4 months.
