I have stayed at this hotel a few times now and every time it has been great. The staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel has been quiet the three times I have been. I absolutely will be staying at this hotel in the future. I am normally not impressed with the IHG brand however this hotel does a great job.
This hotel does a wonderful afternoon tea. We come here for a pre Xmas treat. They used to have carol singing and chestnuts, but sadly not this year. The sandwiches and scones were very fresh. The scones were perfection. Our waitress was just lovely, v knowledgeable and charming. We also greatly enjoyed the Xmas displays and the pianist.
Service was great. The kids had fun in the pool.
Nice friendly staff. Nice cozy comfortable bed. Lovely hotel. Nice pool area, good hours for the pool. Parking garage directly across the street with an attendant.
Have remodel but not very friendly if you don't have a room use to be a time you could stop in with you laptop have meetings meet people.. But that atmosphere has changed
