This is the second time that they messed up with the delivery for my packages. This is the worst customer service around this area. They're not helpful at all when calling them. I this close to reporting them
Never answers the phone
Is it really that hard to put the mail in the right mailbox? Constantly having to fish my mail out of the apartment below mine's mailbox. You have a very simple job, DO IT RIGHT.
my package was stolen by one of the employees, they never call back nor email, like they say they would, which proves guilt. the matter is now in consumer affairs. package was out for delivery on 6/30, then shows nothing else, myself and the sender did complaints and calls, always get 'someone will call you also email you in 2-3 days, and we never get the calls, because they know they stole my package. I am going to file a police report tomorrow, got a job and still stealing. low life cretians.
this is the only Post Office you call and it rings for 30 times before someone answers but when they doo they are extrememly helpful and kind.
Never updates status on packages always late with their stuff
