I was involved in a fender bender on I95s and was given a ticket, fair enough , Trooper was polite and professional and a credit to the uniform. I misplaced my ticket and that is when hell begins. The Centralized Infractions Bureau does not have it 21days post accident, they refer me to Troop G records, which at this point consists of a recording telling you that you may and visit in person at the lobby of Troop G records operation Wendsday between 8:30 and 2:30 and bring your checkbook. I did reach a person who identified herself as an Inspector who listened to my woes and then informed me that they issued the ticket but I am the fool who lost it. Thanks Inspector Obvious. I want to pay the ticket all I want is the #of it and the amount it can't be that hard people and why does it take so long to send it to CIB.

Long story , thanksgiving morning I left my home in yonkers New York around 4:30am in route to Nh to meet kids and grandkids. Did did not go well, heading north just over conn. River bridge. struck 2 two deer. Damaging front of veh resulting in. Needing tow officer stayed with me for over an hour communicating with tow and my insurance co Gieco to find a way to get me out of this situation.officer Lund should be commended for his compassion and work helping . an elderly citizen in need.being hard of hearing I would not have been able to communicate with ins.co tow or motel reservations, please convey my thanks

I came into the troop g office looking to renew my guard card but instead I was instantly meet with a attitude. I tried to look past it , since the holidays is stressful for some people. I hope other don’t gotta deal with that backlash
