The food and the service always above and beyond. The ambiance speaks volumes. I have been a customer of this establishment for sometime and they have never failed me...One of my favorite places to relax and have a great martini..
Ralph & Rich's is the best. Delicious food, awesome atmosphere and reasonably priced menu. Melody, our server was very, very attentive to our needs. 18% gratuity is included in the tab of 6 or more persons. However; as nice as she was, as informed as she was and as right on target in serving our food as she was, Melody truly deserved more. We had a fantastic time and a fabulous lunch.

I love this place. My aunt takes me here every year on my birthday. The food is fantastic, the staff is extremely professional and makes you feel right at home. Its classy, Clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I 110% recommend you experience this place! You will not be disappointed.
Frankie (bartender/waiter) decided to call me “ugly” not once, but three times... because I stepped out to have a cigarette with my boyfriend? He whispered it into my ear in front of my man before and after we returned, (which was kind of creepy and made me and my man uncomfortable because he couldn’t hear what he was whispering and didn’t understand why or what the waiter was even whispering In my ear )... what the waiter said was That I was ugly because I smoked. Which shouldn’t even be an issue between a good repeat customer and an employee... I’ve been there many times with my man and had a great experience, great food and great service until he made me feel uncomfortable tonight. My man was wondering what the waiter was whispering in my ear because he was only able to hear, at the end “because you’re beautiful” which was about the comment pertaining to why I shouldn’t smoke? I was there to have a good time and eat with my man. Not to be criticized about a habit I have. Overall I love this place, but felt tonight extremely awkward and uncomfortable trying to enjoy date night with my man, who was also repeatedly criticized tonight, by how he likes his meal with lots of crushed red pepper. He has repeatedly raved about this restaurant to me and we’ve had multiple great date nights there but tonight was very dissapointing because of the unnecessary awkwardness. Even though the food tonight was amazing we will not be returning :(((
